Build neigbhorhood watch and block party infrastructure

Community involvement and interaction is vitally important, but we don't have any facebook or flickr type infrastructure to help neighbors meet neighbors and communicate.

Combining an online map with neighborhood community discussion forums and calendars would be a very inexpensive way to leverage online tools and make a difference in neighborhoods across the country.
